New fathers, ideal workers? New players in the field of father‐friendly work organizations

This article explores novel forms of proactive support for fathers in organizations and analyzes how newly instituted organizational promoters father-friendliness Germany (organizational consultants, fathers' representatives, networks) legitimize strengthen acceptance use family-friendly workplace arrangements. Bringing together the notions masculinity, ideal worker norm, postfeminism, paper focuses on caring formations postfeminist masculinity at work they contribute to gender change organizations.
